Morning. Both of us are up early. I saw all the groups you joined on your activity. Somehow that stuff pops up. Anyway I wanted to share a lesson it took me months to learn. I’m a tax professional so naturally when I first joined LI I joined lots of tax pro groups. They do nothing for me. Once in a while I would see something interesting but really who wants to spend an hour this time of day hanging with the competition. Eventually I learned the groups idea can be great but I don’t want to be in groups with a bunch of other tax pros. I want to be in groups with my customers. For me that means open networking groups. For others it might mean local groups. There are a lot of groups that have mainly one small geographic area as part of their focus. You could find those types of groups by searching. In the search box at the top you pick “groups” on the left side. Try entering your town see what groups pop up.
